While Riverside provides inclusive rates with virtually all specialty dining, water, coffee and tea, port charges and gratuities and free WIFI included they recognize that some cruise passengers may want the freedom to explore ports on their own rather than have prepaid shore excursions. They also recognize that some passenger drink sodas or alcohol and would benefit from a beverage package while others would not.
