A: With rare exceptions, we do not charge you at all. Our services are paid by the hotels, cruise lines and tour companies we book through. You receive the benefits of our experience and knowledge, including our experience as an LGBT travel agency at no additional cost. In fact, we often have access to better pricing and/or upgrades than you can find on your own. For custom trip planning, we normally request a deposit to be refunded upon booking after we agree to work together. If you book on your own, the hotel does not give you a better price and instead keeps the money that they would have given to your travel agent.

A: A reputable travel agent saves you time and money and provides you with a better vacation experience-at no additional cost. Q: Do You Book Airline Tickets Outside of Vacation Packages?
A: We generally only book airline tickets as part of vacation packages. Vacation packages include round-trip airfare to the same destination with a hotel, condo/apartment rental or other accommodation. We assist established clients in finding some flight options at no charge when they book hotels or cruises through us. We also occasionally book airline tickets for established clients upon request for a small service charge.
