Fun Seasonal Events Happening at Disney
Disneyland and Disney World are always festive places to be during the holidays. This year with Disney celebrating its 70th anniversary, the events promise to be even better.
It is not too late to experience Halloween at Disney as their spooky decorations and events will continue through October 31st.
Christmas and Hanukkah are always great fun at the theme parks with special holiday decorations and events. This year’s holiday experience is scheduled to take place between November 14th, 2025 (even as early as November 3rd at Disneyworld) and January 7, 2026.
Disney has announced a new celebration to commemerate the United States’ 250 anniverary. This patriotic event that they are calling “Disney Celebrating America” will run from Veteran’s Day to Independence Day 2026. As a major part of this celebration the film/experience “Soarin Across the World” will be replaced by “Soarin’ Across America”. This immersive flight experience started at California Adventure as “Soarin Above California” and has always been popular. This new iteration will show of our country’s varied attractions and natural beauty.
This celebration will culminate with 24-hours of programming over the July 4, 2026 weekend. David Muir of ABC News will be hosting.
As part of this patriotic celebration eligible military service members will be eligible for special discounts and invited to attend special events.
