Dolly Parton’s designed hotel the Songteller is set to open next Spring. The hotel will be at 211 Commerce Street in downtown Nashville, which is close to lower Broadway.

Parton’s LLC, PNH Properties LLC, the same LLC that owns Dollywood, had purchased the former 11-story office building in 2023 for $75 million.

It will offer two entertainment venues, Parton’s Live and Jolene’s with one of them slated to be a songwriter’s haven.

While other details on the hotel are still being worked out, it reportedly will offer upscale amenities, a whimsical vibe inspired by music and the arts, as well as fine dining options.
