Why We Love the Pineapple Point Guest House in Fort Lauderdale

The Pineapple Point Guest House remains one of our favorite gay guest houses. This clothing optional resort for gay men only is upscale, well located and the service and amenities are first-rate. We have stayed there on business and for pleasure and always look forward to going back. Here are a few of the reasons why we love it:

All of the rooms at Pineapple Point are comfortable and well appointed and furnished. The accommodations range from standard King rooms to luxury multi-floor villas. We recently had the pleasure of staying in one of these palatial villas. No detail in the villas has been missed and you will feel pampered.  The Grand Villa has its own pool and hot tub.

Location

The resort is located in Victoria Park, a very nice residential area between the beach and the nightlife of Wilton Manors. While some view this location as a minus, we like the fact that you can get to the beach, restaurants and bars in minutes but are a bit removed from the action.

Amenities

The resort has wonderful amenities and much is included in your room price. Pineapple Point has two public pools and two public hot tubs. It also has a gym and a massage studio. Pineapple Point has several excellent masseurs available for booking. Breakfast is served daily. On weekends, breakfast even includes mimosas and/or bloody marys. There is a daily wine and cheese hour from 6-7 p.m. The resort provides soft drinks and snacks during the day and even provides suntan lotion, insect repellent as well as towels including refreshing cold towels.

The best thing about Pineapple Point is the service. The owners Phil and Judd, Scott the Manager, and the rest of the staff make it their goal to anticipate your every desire.  They will assist you with finding the best restaurants and tours. If you are planning a trip to the beach, they will put together a beach kit with towels, lotion and a snack.
