Ship
The five-star Queen Mary II comes with the longstanding impeccable reputation of the Cunard Line and allows transatlantic crossings in utter comfort and luxury. Among other qualities, the ship is said to be remarkably quiet in operation. Utterly British in flavor and vibe, the Queen Mary II is like a floating city for its approximately 2,600 lucky passengers. It offers so much no matter what you are seeking to do during the time you are aboard ship. It has a total of 5 pools including 2 indoor pools as well as 8 hot tubs. It also offers the excellent Canyon Ranch spa and gym and even a golf simulator. It offers wonderful theatrical performances, not surprisingly, as it uses actors from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in its impressive Royal Court Theater with seating for 1,094. While there are four separate classes of cabins, and that selection affects what restaurant you eat in, the overall quality of the ship’s cuisine and its service ring through regardless of the class you select. The Queen’s Grill, which is for the most pricey cabins, is quite posh and viewed to be well-worth it for those who want to splurge. Its menu for example, includes free caviar. The Queen Mary II was refreshed in 2016.

My husband and I recently took a trip to Thailand on a vacation that was booked thru Purple Light. Southeast Asia was new to us, and we wanted a bit of extra help. We were in New Orleans for Southern Decadence. Purple Light Vacations recommended a spectacular hotel right in the area we were interested in staying. We have also traveled to Italy, France, and Barcelona where each of their recommendations was excellent! Everything went exactly as planned.
