Hilton Hotels has announced the opening of the first new strip hotel development in Las Vegas in over a decade. The complex called Resort World brings together three Hilton Brands in one place. The complex is located at 3000 South Las Vegas Blvd. not too far from the Wynn. The three hotels are the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World , the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World, and the Crockfords Las Vegas LXR Hotels & Resorts. The Hilton Hotel will offer 1,774 guest rooms and suites. The Conrad will offer 1,496 contemporary guest rooms and suites. The Crockfords will be more intimate with just 236 guest rooms and suites. The new strip hotel complex was designed to give visitors the broadest options in hotel accommodations.

The complex will offer a 5.5 acre pool complex which is the largest in Vegas and to feature seven pools with one being an 1,800 SF infinity pool with views of the strip. They new strip hotel complex will also house over 40 restaurant and bar options from fine dining to take out. Additionally, it will include a large spa, a 5,000 capacity concert/theatrical space, 117,000 square feet of casino/gaming space, and 70,000 square feet of retail shopping.

The slated opening date is June 24, 2021 and the hotels are already accepting reservations.
