Do you love traveling but hate the packing? We have 4 ways to make packing easier to get you out the
door and on to your destination faster.
Make a List
Figure out what you need and write it down. Better yet, search the internet for packing list for (your destination) and you’ll likely to come up with several variations of people who’ve done it for you. Or if you know what you want, save the list on your computer so you can use it again and again. We’ve also found companies that sell packs of packing lists.
Packing cubes
Packing cubes help keep you organized. You can pack by style or outfit or family member. Packing cubes
fit nice and snug in your luggage and make it even easier to unpack. They come in a variety of sizes and
colors. We’ve even heard how some folks use them for their electronic devices and cords as well.
Capsule Wardrobe
Have you heard of a capsule wardrobe? A capsule wardrobe is a collection of shirts, skirts, and pants
that are timeless and go with anything. Add in flair with a few seasonal items. The beauty of a capsule
wardrobe is the go with anything versatility. Plus, multiple items pair together, creating more outfits.
Consider this – 3 pants and 3 shirts can equal 9 different outfits.
Less is more
Have you heard the phrase, “pack half as much as you think you need and bring twice as much money?” Well we have ways to help you save on the money side and reduce your overall packing as well. If you stick to a capsule wardrobe, you’re already bringing less. But even if you don’t have a capsule set up, still bring less than what you think you need.
